Race number 3 of The 2019 -2020 Black Squirrel Alabama Trail Run Series presented by Black Squirrel Events will be held November 9, 2019 at Lake Guntersville State Park in Guntersville.

Course Description: Distance Options 15K or 8K on the trails at Lake Guntersville State Park. Awesome venue on the 6,000 acre State Park in Guntersville Alabama with beautiful views of Lake Guntersville below. Single and double track trails that offer a challenging course to both novice and experienced trail runners. A course that opens enough for a large volume of entrants, without bottlenecks on the single track portions. Lots of elevation changes without being overly technical. A course that traverses exciting and diverse terrain. This venue has plenty of parking for all participants and a great place for spectators to relax, view the race, and take in the scenery.

Awards: Medals and prizes will be awarded to our overall top 3 Male and Female finishers for each race along with top Male and Female Masters 40-49 and Grand Masters 50 +. We will also be handing out medals to our top 3 Male and Female finishers in each age group (14&U, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70&U). Age based on December 31, 2020 Birth date

Chip Timing: RFID chip timing from ChronoTrack by Race Krewe.

Packet pickup: The morning of the race starting at 6:30 a.m. at Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge. Race starts at 8:00 a.m.

Entry Fees: Includes soft cotton race t-shirt – subject to availability for race day registrations. Registration 15K Trail Run $25 until August 31, 2019/ $30 September 1-30th/ $35 October 1-20th/ $40 October 21-November 8/Race Day Registration $45. Registration 8K Trail Run $20 until August 31, 2019/ $25 September 1-30th/ $30 October 1-20th/ $35 October 21-November 8/Race Day Registration $40.
