The inaugural Corie Wingo Memorial Hayden Day 5k Is scheduled for October 5, 2019. This is the day of our town’s annual fall festival, Hayden Day.

Corie Wingo was a 13 year old student at Hayden Middle School. On October 25, 2015, she passed away after a severe asthma attack following a football game. This race in her memory will raise money to benefit Camp WheezeAway, a summer camp for children ages 8-12 with asthma.
