The Peachtree City Youth Triathlon will be held on July 14th, 2018

Athletes ages 6-15 are invited to compete in this friendly community race.

Time: 8:00am

LOCATION

Glenloch Recreation Center

601 Stevens Entry

Peachtree City, Georgia.

PARKING

Plenty of parking is available at Booth Middle School off of Peachtree Parkway. You may drop your child and their bike at Glenloch, park at Booth and walk back. There is some limited parking at the soccer fields at Glenloch, but YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE UNTIL THE RACE IS COMPLETED. This is for the safety of all athletes on the course. We will not allow you to drive on the bike course while there are athletes still riding.

PACKET PICK-UP

Packet pick up will be next to Glenloch Field start at 6:30am. Try to get there early so you have plenty of time. PPU will close at 7:45- so don’t be late!

AGE DIVISIONS

Juniors (6-10) and Seniors (11-15)

(age as of 12/31/2018)

DISTANCES

Juniors – Swim 50 yards, Bike 3 miles, Run 1/2 mile

Seniors – Swim 100 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 1 mile

SWIM TEST

Each athlete must be able to swim a lap (2 lengths) in the pool.

TIMING

This race will be timed with ChampionChip Timing.

GOODIES

All athletes will receive finisher medals, custom water bottles and a shirt! The top three in each age male and female will receive awards!

COST

Registration is $30.00 if you are a USAT Member. If you are not, you will need to purchase an annual membership for $10.00
