BTW Magnet HS 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is a comunity wide event that partners BTW Magnet HS

and the citizens of Montgomery, The run helps fund the needs of BTW students with special talents

and a commitment to excellence. Original student artwork is given to the top three winners in

age divisions, Under 20, Under 30, Under 40 and Under 50 and Under 60. Medals will be

given to top 25 participants in the 1 Mile Fun Run. All participants are invited to attend

the "after run"celebration with music provided by school jazz ensemble.

Event Schedule - Packet Pick-up -Saturday 7 to 7:45am atBTYW Magnet Campus

                        Registration 5K - 7-7:45am   Start Time - 8am

                       1 Mile Fun Run - 8:15am to 8:45am Start Time - 9:15am

                       Award Celebration - 11am - 1pm

                       Kid Zone - Inflatables, face painting - opens at 10am

                       Student Expo Gallery - Opens at 10am to 1pm

                      Music by BTW Jazz Ensemble - 10:30am to 11:30pm

                      BTW Student Performances - 11:30am to -1pm

                      Food Vendors will be available.

                      No Parking on East Grove Street from 6:30am to 1:30pm

     Please park on West Grove Street in Student Parking Lot.

      5K Running Course - Start at BTW Magnet HS Campus on East Grove, down Union Street

      to Madison Avenue, thru Old Alabama Town and left on Decatur Street back to school.
